As the Facilities Manager you are primarily responsible for managing Kosciuszko Thredbo (KT) built assets and Asset Management System (Mainstar) to ensure all buildings are safe, fit for purpose and compliant with relevant codes and standards, assisting the Engineering and Projects departments in driving continuous improvement and overseeing building improvement.

Strong technical skills: Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
Project management skills: Ability to plan, organize, and manage projects effectively.
Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
Leadership and team management skills: Ability to motivate and lead teams.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills: Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively.
Analytical and critical thinking skills: Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of the Building Code of Australia (BCA)
Experience in the construction industry: experience on civil and building projects is highly desirable.
A degree/diploma in civil engineering, building construction management, or a related trade field.
