Xzibit is renowned for creating unique exhibitions educational spaces and retail environments since 2005 and is looking to grow its Warehouse Team.
**A typical day with us might include**:
- **Collaboration and Communication**:Start your day by aligning with the Warehouse Manager on the packing requirements for the day. Your role plays a big part in ensuring hire items, materials, joinery, and display items arrive safely at our events and exhibitions.
- **Hands-On Execution**:Coordinate with the Warehouse team on loading, unloading, storing, and packing activities. Your attention to detail in your packing list ensures every item is accounted for, avoiding any loss or damage.
- **Smooth Operations**:Facilitate pickups and deliveries, adjusting to the dynamic needs of our projects.
- **Workspace Excellence**:Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse.
- **Creativity and Support**:Assist in the fabrication and assembly of displays, contributing your skills to help our team.
- **Inventory Management**:Take charge of inventory and stock control, ensuring hire inventory is ready and available for upcoming projects and accurately represented in our system.
- **Maintenance and Improvement**:Perform and organise basic maintenance tasks, keeping our facilities and equipment in top condition. You might have ideas for efficiency improvements and recommend new processes.
- **Teamwork**:Support our teams to ensure project efficiency. Participate in debrief sessions, offering valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
**What we are looking for**:
- **Industry Experience**:Experience in the event/exhibition/expo industry is highly desirable**.**:
- **Licenses**:A current forklift license and manual driver's license are essential, MR licence would be advantageous
- **Physical Fitness**:Ability to meet the demands of a physically intensive role in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**:Exceptional attitude and capability to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment.
- **Attention to Detail**:A strong focus on detail, order, and cleanliness.
- **Customer Service**:Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
- **Organisational Skills**:Proven ability to organise workload efficiently and meet tight deadlines.

- **Flexibility**:Willingness to travel and work weekends when necessary to support the projects we deliver.
- **Computer Literate**:Able to quickly learn and utilise our systems.
**Who we are**:
Xzibit, situated midway between the Gold Coast and Brisbane, is known for our creative and excellent bespoke exhibitions, educational spaces, and retail environments for Australian and global brands, Government agencies, councils, and tourism attractions. Our team has expanded, and we've upgraded from our shed (and coffee machine) to our own custom-built office & workshop facility. **Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
