The Opportunity
HealthShare NSW is seeking an experienced ICT and Digital Services Business Analyst to support the delivery of ICT, digital, and automation initiatives that drive business improvement across a large and complex organisation.
In this role, you'll apply your business analysis expertise to gather and document requirements, map processes, and contribute to the successful delivery of technology solutions. You'll work with ServiceNow—particularly Demand Management—to capture and prioritise ICT initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic objectives.
With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you'll bring knowledge of process modelling, systems analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies to identify opportunities and deliver practical, business-focused outcomes. Your ability to communicate clearly, engage stakeholders, and facilitate collaboration across diverse teams will be key to your success.
