Description:
Why the role?
As a growing firm, we are looking for a Client Reporting Analyst to lead a major transformation of our client reporting. This role will take our reporting from manual, spreadsheet‑based processes to a streamlined approach using Power BI. After the project is complete, the role will shift to supporting the new reporting model along with delivering analysis and insights that support decision making across the firm.
Key role responsibilities - Project Phase:
* Evaluate current reporting processes and define reporting requirements for each client.
* Build clear data dictionaries, definitions, and improved data‑capture structures.
* Design and document future‑state client reporting processes, including RACI models.
* Design and deliver Power BI reports aligned with client templates.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and provide training to embed new processes.
Key role responsibilities - Post‑Project Phase:
* Own and maintain Power BI reports built during the Project Phase and support stakeholders responsible for extracting data from these reports.
* Establish new reporting for clients as required.
* Use data to monitor performance of our key metrics across clients
* Analyse trends and deliver data‑driven insights.
Skills and Experiences:
Who are you?
* 3-5+ years in data analytics, reporting or business analysis, with proven Power BI design and delivery experience.
* Experience transitioning manual reporting into Power BI solutions.
* Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping and creation of RACI models.
* Excellent communication and change‑management skills to influence data capture practices and support non‑technical stakeholders.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and high‑quality outputs.
