About The Role
We are seeking experienced Casual Boilermakers/Welders with a strong background in structural welding to join our workshop team. This role will focus on delivering high‐quality structural fabrication work in a safe and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Structural welding (MIG, TIG, Arc) on medium to heavy components
* Fabrication and assembly of structural steel
* Interpret technical drawings and deliver precise, high‐quality work
* Cutting, grinding, and general workshop duties
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
About You
* Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaker/Welder)
* Proven experience in structural welding
* Strong MIG, TIG, and Arc welding capability
* High‐risk licences (Forklift, EWP, Rigging) – desirable
* Safety certifications (Working at Heights, Confined Space) – desirable
* Reliable, detail‐focused, and a strong team player
