Role Description
We're seeking a confident, motivated BDM to drive rent roll growth across Brisbane's inner city. This is a full-time role with full work-from-home flexibility and the freedom to structure your day around your strengths.
You'll focus solely on new business:
* Actively prospecting and generating leads
* Networking with owners, developers, and referral partners
* Making outbound calls with confidence and converting inquiries into clients
* Conducting rental appraisals and delivering proposals
* Onboarding new landlord clients with care and professionalism
No routine property management. No micromanagement. Just clear targets, strong support, and real earning potential.
Qualifications
* Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or Full Licence) – legally required for BDM, leasing, or sales activity
* Valid QLD Driver's Licence – essential for property visits and inspections
* 1–2+ years of experience in a real estate BDM, Sales Associate, or Leasing Consultant role
* Proven ability to build rapport, close deals, and meet performance targets
* Strong sales, business development, and networking skills
* Effective communication, relationship management, and client engagement skills
* Comfortable using CRMs and confident presenting to clients
* Knowledge of the real estate industry and an understanding of property management
* Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
* Ability to work independently and contribute positively to a collaborative team culture
