You will play a pivotal role in driving sales by providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the home buying journey, and demonstrating the unique features and benefits of our homes. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, industry knowledge, and a passion for helping clients find their dream home.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Engagement**: Welcome and engage with prospective buyers visiting our display homes, building rapport, and understanding their needs, preferences, and budgetary considerations.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our home designs, floor plans, construction materials, and customization options to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
- **Guided Tours**: Conduct informative and engaging tours of our display homes, highlighting key features, design elements, and lifestyle benefits to inspire clients and create an emotional connection.
- **Sales Process**: Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing, including presenting pricing information, negotiating terms, and facilitating the contract and paperwork.
- **Relationship Building**: Foster strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to generate referrals, repeat business, and positive word-of-mouth recommendations.
