IT Support Professional
Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a technical support expert for multiple sites. You will be responsible for providing top-notch desktop and end-user technical support, ensuring seamless IT operations across both sites.
As an IT support professional, you will manage desktop environments, contribute to IT project management, and oversee ticketing and asset management processes in alignment with best practices.
You will also play a key role working with the plant systems team, management team, as well as global/regional IT teams in supporting plant IT/OT infrastructure, local-regional IT projects, and upgrade projects.
* Manage desktop and end-user technical support for multiple sites
* Provide foundational support for Mac OS, networking, and basic server management skills
* Support desktop management initiatives and IT project tasks
* Administer and maintain ticketing and asset management processes according to best practices
* Deliver fundamental troubleshooting for LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
* Assist with management of mobile devices and printers
* Apply strong understanding of Active Directory management principles
* Partner with plant systems team and IT teams in supporting plant systems and infrastructure
* Participate and provide expertise to regional and global projects as required
* Guide software asset management practices locally and globally while maintaining close compliance with company policies
* Support IT compliance and backup initiative
* Support and maintain security initiatives, application management, and compliance process
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency with Google Tools and Microsoft Windows platform
Project Management capabilities
IT/OT Network and MS Server OS basic knowledge
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
Bachelor's degree (preferred majors in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business) or equivalent
Certificate IV or Diploma in Information Technology
Minimum 4 years experience in desktop, end-user, or technical support roles
