**Job Title:** Casual Site Administrator
We are seeking a Casual Site Administrator to support our on-site team based in Karratha, WA. This role is responsible for providing ongoing document control support, report generation, and data entry support for the site personnel team.
This is a temporary Casual cover with possibility to go fixed term depending on operational needs. The working hours are Monday-Friday 8.5 hours a day, and the site is located in Karratha, WA.

Key Responsibilities
* Processing information into relevant document control systems.
* General Administrative duties and scheduling trainings.
* Organising, recording and storing information and responding to requests for up-to-date documentation including drawings and specifications, procedures and policies.
* Handling enquiries from internal and external parties related to documentation issues.
* Working in accordance with Quality Assurance procedures.
Requirements
* Experience in processing information into relevant document control systems.
* General Administrative duties and scheduling trainings experience.
* Ability to organise, record and store information and respond to requests for up-to-date documentation including drawings and specifications, procedures and policies.
* Experience in handling enquiries from internal and external parties related to documentation issues.
* Familiarity with working in accordance with Quality Assurance procedures.
