About the Role
As our Receptionist, you'll be the heartbeat of the office — ensuring visitors feel welcomed, calls are handled professionally, and daily operations run seamlessly.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming visitors and creating a positive, professional first impression
* Managing incoming calls and directing them efficiently
* Handling enquiries with confidence and accuracy
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and presentable reception and kitchen area
* Managing incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
* Monitoring and restocking office and kitchen supplies
* Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are ready for use
* Supporting day-to-day office coordination and administration
* Upholding company WHS, safety, and quality standards
* You'll have real ownership of the front-of-house space and play a key role in maintaining a polished, professional workplace environment.
About You
You're warm, confident, and take pride in your presentation and organisation.
We're looking for someone who has:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a receptionist or front desk role
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skill
* A friendly, polished, and professional manner
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently
