Pharmacy Assistant Role
This position involves working in a supportive and highly skilled pharmacy team to ensure medication safety and efficient service delivery.
You will be responsible for dispensing, preparing, and distributing inpatient medications, as well as providing medication information and education to patients and other healthcare workers.

Requirements:
* Completed a minimum of an accredited Pharmacy Technician Certificate IV issued by a Registered Training Organisation in Hospital Pharmacy or Community Dispensary or have qualifications deemed by the employer to be equivalent
About You:
We are seeking an individual with extensive relevant work experience in pharmacy and pharmacy computer systems, as well as the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Competency in medication preparation, non-sterile production, and ward distribution is essential.
This role requires a high level of autonomy, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Support will be provided by the Director of Pharmacy, pharmacy technicians, and assistants, as well as the pharmacist team.
