Business Development Opportunity
* We are seeking a driven professional to lead our strategic growth across the Northern Territory region.
* The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of B2B sales success, ideally within or related to the building & construction industry.
About the Role:
1. To identify and engage key decision-makers within target accounts.
2. To build long-term, trusted relationships with Tier One customers.
3. To develop and execute tailored sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
4. To manage a strong pipeline of qualified new business opportunities.
5. To provide input on pricing, revenue forecasting, and market insights.
6. To represent the company at key industry events and customer meetings.
7. To travel across the NT region as required to support business development.
About You
* A proven B2B sales background, preferably within the building & construction industry.
* Experience working with Tier One contractors or project stakeholders.
* Strong cold-calling and pipeline management skills.
* Confidence in communicating with people at all levels, from site to C-suite.
* High resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Solid skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
