Inclusion Officer - Complex Case Coordinator
Our organization is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Inclusion Officer - Complex Case Coordinator. This role is responsible for promoting the Catholic ethos while providing leadership and specialist support for students with diverse needs across our schools.
The successful candidate will coordinate programs for students at risk or with disabilities, manage complex cases, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver effective strategies and professional learning. The focus is on creating safe, inclusive environments where every student can thrive.
* Identify and review case assignments to ensure students and school staff receive appropriate training, care, and support to address emergent student welfare, safety, and/or inclusion needs.
* Facilitate case conferences and meetings with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate a comprehensive response to complex student needs.
* Promote the Catholic ethos in daily tasks and responsibilities when dealing with colleagues, school communities, governments, and other agencies.
* Support colleagues in preparing and delivering quality professional learning to enhance effectiveness.
* Maintain partnerships with external organizations to improve student inclusion and wellbeing outcomes.
About the Team
The Inclusion Officer - Complex Case Coordinator will work within the School and Family Services Team to assess student needs, build partnerships with schools and professionals, and implement strategies to address inclusion and wellbeing needs of all students.

Qualifications and Skills
* Postgraduate qualifications in Education and teaching experience are essential
* ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) and NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) registrations
* Driver's Licence
