IPAR is a national occupational rehabilitation provider supporting thousands of people who may be living with an illness, disability, or injury. Our care is tailored to each individual, providing workplace rehabilitation, counselling, injury prevention, and employment support. The team includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, and Rehabilitation Counsellors.

We seek a professional with a background in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Osteopathy to join our Morwell team.
We offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid and part‐time (4 days per week) options.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload, supported by Rehabilitation Assistants.
* Assist clients with injury or health conditions to achieve return‐to‐health and return‐to‐work outcomes.
* Liaise with employers, case managers, medical professionals, and insurers to provide clinical updates and align rehabilitation goals.
* Work across schemes such as workers' compensation, compulsory third parties, life insurance, Comcare, and the Department of Veterans' Affairs.
* Conduct comprehensive ADL assessments to evaluate functional abilities and recommend equipment, home modifications, or support services.
* Create timely, high‐quality reports outlining findings, recommendations, and clinical reasoning.
Qualifications
* A qualification in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Osteopathy.
* Full registration with AHPRA or full EP accreditation with ESSA (or eligibility to obtain).
* Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships.
* Excellent time‐management skills and the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
* Problem‐solving mindset and confidence to be innovative.
* Passion for injury prevention, return to work, and associated health benefits.
* Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
