Support Inspectors by conducting inspections, audits, and investigating breaches to ensure compliance.

Assist in preparing clear reports, briefs, and maintaining accurate records of compliance activities.

Monitor rehabilitation efforts through onsite checks and desktop reviews to promote environmental standards.

Engage with industry and communities, fostering trust and practicing cultural safety for inclusive interactions.

About you

You have a keen interest in compliance and regulation, with the ability to learn and apply legislative requirements in a practical, real-world setting. You're a team player who can also work independently, and you bring strong communication skills to support clear, respectful engagement with a wide range of stakeholders.

Why join us?

At Resources Victoria, you'll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team committed to ensuring Victoria's earth resources are managed safely and sustainably. We offer flexible work arrangements, professional development opportunities, and the chance to learn from experienced compliance professionals while contributing to projects with real community impact.
