Experienced Learning Designer required for a state government agency

**Your new role**
- Support the design and implement capability solutions to meet business needs
- Support the design of blended learning pathways using multi-method formats and delivery options
- Stakeholder engagement with the ability to work across a large geography of people at all levels of the hierarchy
- Contribute to the development, delivery and evaluation of learning and development programs.
- Manage the reporting process for compliance and mandatory training
- Liaise with a range of external providers to support our learning and development objectives.
- Support the procurement processes to engage vendors and help contract managers fulfil their responsibilities at contract renewal times
- Conduct research projects as required
- Support learning specialists on any aspect of program design, delivery, project management and evaluation
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Certificate IV in workplace training and assessing is desirable
- Extensive experience in a corporate organisation coordinating and managing projects.
- Exposure to implementing training programs
- Team player, autonomous, self-starter, able to navigate organisational systems and processes.
- Experienced in the delivery of training
- Demonstrable project management and execution skills resulting in tangible business outcomes, including use of project management tools such as project plans, Excel, Microsoft Project, visual management boards
