Want to make a valuable difference? We’re looking for a dedicated Safety leader within the Work, Health and Safety (WH&S;) department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. **This is a permanent full-time position.**
**What does the role look like?**
- Coordinate the delivery and oversee the completion of projects to meet WH&S; objectives within Warehouse Operations
- Undertake audits to identify safety risks and facilitate, review, and advise on risk assessments
- Ensure all National WH&S; controls, processes and protocols are standardised and consistent across the operational business to meet compliance standards
- Provide technical advice to stakeholders on WH&S; matters, policies and procedures to minimise work related hazards, incidents and accidents
- Allocate resources and engage stakeholders to effectively complete projects
- Represent the National Safety Department in committee meetings
- Ensure ALDI is compliant with all current legislative obligations and engaging in best practice WH&S;

**What do we need from you?**
- Demonstrated experience as a WH&S; leader within FMCG, Supply Chain or Warehouse Operations
- Cert IV in WH&S; required
- Proven project management/coordination experience
- Exception interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholder decision making
- Strong reporting and analytical capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Excel
This role reports to the Director - Work Health and Safety.
