Role Title: Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Salary Range: $125,693 - $138,510pa, plus superannuation and leave loading
Employment Type: Full-Time, Ongoing
Location: Parramatta - Hybrid opportunity. In-office requirement 2-3 days a week as a minimum, which could be subject to change based on applicable DCS workplace policies.

About the team
Government Shared Services (GSS) is a new division in DCS that is leading the way in streamlining processes and transactional shared services to allow our people to better focus on their customers and delivering their services.
We are developing and delivering a roadmap to leverage technology, streamline processes, replace legacy systems and deliver a consistent experience to more than 100+ agencies across 8 NSW Government Departments.
What you will do
* Provide technical ability to develop, deliver, and enhance ICT/Digital solutions, ensuring alignment with strategy and security controls.
* Deliver high-level technical recommendations and options to support system transitions and meet customer needs.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver valuable software/digital solutions for customers.
* Support end-to-end development, ensuring high-quality products and services are optimised and tested.
* Offer expert support in system design and testing to improve quality and reduce risk.
* Manage change to adopt latest trends and technologies, delivering scalable systems across multiple components.
* Contribute to the development of support strategies and support operational consistency.
About You
The successful candidate must demonstrate strong capabilities in:
* Ability to balance customer, business, and technical demands while ensuring efficient delivery of high-quality ICT solutions.
* Effective collaboration with teams to drive change, stay adaptable in a high-pressure environment, and contribution to continuous improvement
* Technical ability to manage change will support the organisation's long-term goals.
