The role
* Monitor clinical trial sites across Sydney, focusing on high‐quality data, compliance and patient safety
* Build strong relationships with site staff - from coordinators through to surgeons and Principal Investigators
* Work closely with a supportive in‐house team who actually know your sites and your studies, rather than feeling like you're on an island
What you'll bring
* At least 18 months CRA experience in medical devices, CRO or pharma
* Confident communicator who's comfortable in theatre and clinic environments and can adapt to different personalities
* Able to manage your own workload, stay organised and flag issues early rather than firefighting later
Please note: we cannot accept candidates without clinical trial monitoring experience in Australia
The practical bits
* Title: Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
* Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 + superannuation
* Benefits: Phone allowance, health allowance, travel allowance, free lunch on Wednesdays
* Location: Sydney – hybrid, with around 2 days per week in the office and flexibility built in
