AO3 Communications Officer
Description:
This AO3 Communication Officer plays a vital role within the Customer and Stakeholder Management team. The primary function is to produce project communications, including correspondence, communication plans, flyers, social media posts, and web-page updates.
Responsibilities:
* Write draft project webpages and manage project page updates.
* Prepare project flyers and distribute them effectively.
* Prepare written correspondence in response to stakeholder inquiries.
* Prepare Notice of Entries and dilapidation surveys.
* Sourcing stakeholder contact details and entering them into spreadsheets or Consultation Manager.
* Assisting or attending stakeholder meetings with Program Engagement Offices.
About You:
* A degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or Public Relations is preferred.
* Demonstrated experience in strategic communications, media liaison, and content creation.
* A strong grasp of digital platforms, including websites (SharePoint), intranet, and social media.
* Excellent writing, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop.
* A valid C-Class driver's license.
