**Job Title**: Refurbished Device Coordinator
**Location**: Williamstown, Victoria, Onsite.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Refurbished Device Coordinator** to join our team. This role is key in ensuring that all devices are tested, reset, and packed to high standards before they reach our customers. You will also be supported by AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to assist in technical troubleshooting and workflow efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Test and inspect refurbished electronic devices (e.g. laptops, phones, tablets) for functionality and condition
- Perform secure resets and data erasures, following company protocols and assisted by AI tools
- Accurately label and safely pack devices for resale or shipping
- Follow a set daily or weekly schedule and meet productivity targets
- Report any device issues, discrepancies, or concerns to the operations lead
- Maintain clean and organised workspaces
- Ensure all tasks are completed with integrity and consistency
**Requirements**:
- Basic technical knowledge of laptops, smartphones, and tablets
- Familiarity with factory reset and device testing procedures (training provided)
- Ability to follow procedures and adapt to a structured workflow
- Self-disciplined, punctual, and honest
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work with LLM-based support tools (no coding required)
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
