Ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes for residents of our District by providing high-quality, patient-centred occupational therapy services.
$36.38 - $57.10 per hour + 12% super & salary packaging | Temporary Part Time 16 hours per week until 27 June 2027 | Shoalhaven Community Mental Health Rehabilitation | REQ590353 | Grade: Occupational Therapist Level ½, Psychologist, Registered Nurse, Social Worker Level ½ | Applications close: 28 July 2025
This is a temporary leave relief position until 27 June 2027 with the possibility of extension.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, this position will provide recovery oriented clinical rehabilitation interventions with people aged 16-65 and living with mental health issues in the community.
This position provides: assessment and rehabilitation care planning, skills development and education, VETE, health promotion, specialist therapies and referral and linkage to relevant agencies as appropriate.
