You’ll manage complex patient journeys, build clinical capability, and help shape safer, smarter services while mentoring junior staff and strengthening links with the community. Manage patient care with Consultants and MDT Coordinate referrals, transfers and discharges Liaise with pathology, radiology, ED, clinics and theatre Deliver clear, compassionate care to patients and families Supervise, teach and mentor junior doctors Support quality improvement and education Engage with GPs and community practitioners About You You’re a capable, compassionate clinician ready to step up in plastics, with the skills, judgement and drive to deliver safe, high-quality care and support your team.
