About the Role:
As the Safety & HR Business Partner, you’ll play a critical role in developing, implementing, and improving workplace health, safety, and human resources practices. You'll be a trusted advisor to our leaders and employees, helping us maintain a compliant and positive working environment that puts people first—whether it's reducing risk on the floor or guiding performance conversations in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Workplace Health & Safety (WHS):
* Manage the site’s WHS Management System in line with legislation and company standards
* Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits
* Provide guidance to leaders and employees on WHS compliance
Human Resources:
* Provide advice on performance management, policy application, and employee relations
* Manage contracts, job descriptions, and HRIS updates
About You:
2+ years of experience in HR, safety, or a related field
Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
