About the Role:
* Drive educational excellence by leading a team of Educators to achieve outstanding results
* Collaborate with Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to foster innovative teaching practices
* Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for every child
Key Qualifications:
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
