The Operations Director plays a pivotal role in the success of our resort, overseeing all aspects of its operation. This includes ensuring guest and employee satisfaction, managing human resources, driving financial performance, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Fully responsible for all aspects of the resort operation.
* Serves as the primary strategic business leader of the property.
* Holds property leadership team accountable for strategy execution.
Requirements and Expectations
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
* At least 10+ years of progressive experience in the hotel industry, preferably with prior General Manager experience in similar-sized hotels.
* Resort experience is highly valued.
* Excellent skills in food & beverage management, event operations, rooms operations, revenue management, human resources, and quality assurance.
* Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and leverage centralized resources.
* Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
