Ready to take the reins of a landmark $45M coastal development? We're seeking an experienced
Senior Site Manager
to lead delivery of a high-profile foreshore redevelopment in the north west WA coastal town of Broome. This project is transforming the waterfront and community facilities and is now entering the crucial final 8 months of construction.
The Project
Spanning civil and structural works, this development includes:
Water park, ablution and tenancy block
construction
Dune profiling and revetment works
to protect the coastline
Architectural finishes including
stainless steel walkways, landscaping, paving and carparking
With just 8–10 months remaining, our client needs a
Senior Site Manager
who can drive program, uphold quality and safety, and coordinate subcontractors to deliver this iconic project on time.
The Role
Fixed term contract tenure for remainder of project (8–10 months)
Immediate start preferred
(4 weeks notice maximum)
About You
You'll be an accomplished
Senior Site Manager
with a proven track record on complex civil and building projects, ideally with exposure to coastal/marine works. Your leadership style balances firm site control with the ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and client reps.
