We're seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of technical and health IT solutions across client environments. This is a hands-on, leadership-driven role focused on project execution, partner management, compliance, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
o Lead end-to-end delivery: scope, execution, go-live, and handover
o Act as the primary contact for client stakeholders
o Manage delivery partners and ensure QA and compliance
o Champion operational improvement, mentoring, and documentation
o Ensure readiness for audits (GDPR, ISO 13485, ISO 27001, MDR)
What You'll Bring:
o Proven experience in solution or service delivery (tech/health IT)
o Confidence in Agile or hybrid project delivery
o Strong leadership and communication skills
o Deep understanding of regulated environments
