We have a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Operations Coordinator in our Southern Highlands office. As the backbone of our sales team you'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly by supporting with administration, marketing, compliance and client coordination.

This fast paced role has a direct impact on the success of our sales team. If you thrive in an energetic environment and enjoy multitasking, we'd love to hear from you

About the role:

* You'll provide exceptional customer service to our teams.
* Liaise with clients, sales agents & external stakeholders.
* Process & manage property sales files from listing through to settlement.
* Processing of in-house documentation, advertising, marketing & reporting.
* Data base management.
* Office co-ordination.
* Compliance checks.
* Ad hoc administration tasks.

About you:

* You'll be a motivated, can-do team player.
* Holds a Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agents Licence
* Have a driver's licence and car.
* You'll have an eye for detail and be process driven.
* Outstanding communication skills.
* Embrace technology like we do and train others.
* Professional image and phone manner.
* Organisation skills that leave nothing to chance.
* Ability to problem solve.
* Available to work Monday to Friday.
