Celotti Workforce is actively seeking an experienced
**General Manager** to oversee our client's business operations, on a full time permanent basis, in Perth WA.

**Location**: Perth WA
The role is responsible for the overall management of operations in Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
You need to have experience in overseeing business operations as well as human resources, finance, and communications.
**Key responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals
- Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve objectives for sales, profitability, and market share
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively
- Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
- Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values
- Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved
- Design strategy and set goals for regional growth
- Set policies and processes
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Direct the employee assessment process
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
- Ensure staff follow regional and company health and safety regulations
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
- Manage client/stakeholder relationships
- Develop current business opportunities and maintain business pipeline
- Work closely with department managers (Bid, Sales, Projects, Finance, Service, HR)
**Business Skills**:
- Experience in planning and budgeting
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)

**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in an industrial, construction or engineering company
- Experience in conducting performance evaluations
- Working knowledge of human-resources processes
