With the Head Office based in Melbourne, the company is growing nationally and is looking for another highly motivated sales professional to assist in growing the Victorian market.The OpportunityBased in the Western suburbs, you will be joining the Victorian sales team to assist in growing the residential/medium density market, utilising your relationships within the construction market, including: National and independent resellersDevelopersArchitects, contract administrators, procurement and key decision makersYou will be required to manage a diverse range of sales channels to grow the market within your region and use your technical and relationship management to build a trusted brand within the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesHelp grow the Victorian market with your industry contactsNew client acquisition, via industry contacts and cold calling and warm leadsStrategic business development with end usersManage and grow existing customer baseUnderstand the sales process from specification through to installation.Able to adapt and present to key stake holders in different sectors, such as Architects/specifiers, estimators, site managers, reseller teams and senior management.Work closely with the sales team in VictoriaAbout YouBeing a natural sales professional in the construction industry, you are highly regarded with your contacts, which will lead to successfully growing the sales numbers throughout Victoria.
You are not afraid to knock on doors and cold call on new potential customers as well as follow up warm leads.
You have experience and have contacts with Tier 1-3 builders in the multi-residential, duplex and semi-detached markets, Resellers as well as access to Architects/Specifiers, Estimators, and Key Stake holders.You will be technically savvy with building products, and have a good understanding of the building market, Although you will be trained in the products, your exceptional sales skills will be key to help grow the Victorian market.
You are a hunter and have the drive and passion to exceed your targets and goals.
