NOW HIRING: YOUTH WORKERS – Immediate Start Available
We're on the lookout for passionate, energetic, and compassionate Youth Workers to join our dream team. This isn't just a job—it's your chance to make a real impact in the lives of young people who need it most.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Provide one-on-one support and mentoring to young people
* Assist with life skills, emotional wellbeing, and community engagement
* Support daily routines, independence-building, and individual plans
* Promote empowerment, safety, and connection
* Work across flexible shifts—including days, evenings, weekends & sleepovers
You'll be part of a crew that's dedicated, kind-hearted, and fiercely supportive—not just of our clients, but of each other too.
You'll be a great fit if you:

* Thrive in diverse environments with young people of varying abilities and needs
* Are cool under pressure and bring calm, consistent support
* Are reliable, empathetic, and know how to really listen
You'll be working with clients who may be navigating:
* Self-harm history
* Complex health or behavioural needs
* Medication management & personal care routines
Shifts available 7 days a week: 6am–2pm | 2pm–10pm | Sleepover shifts
Qualifications & Requirements:
Mandatory:
* Certificate IV in Youth Work (or currently studying)
* Valid Driver's Licence (manual preferred)
* Reliable car & comprehensive insurance
* First Aid & CPR
* Working with Children Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willingness to obtain)
* Smartphone & internet access
* Able to support inactive sleepovers
Highly Desirable:
* Youth Mental Health First Aid
* Hope & Healing Foundational Training
