The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Finishes / Façade Foreman to join our Construction team and play a key role in the delivery of Landmark's high-rise residential projects.
Reporting to the Site Manager, this hands-on role is responsible for supervising both external façade works and internal finishes, ensuring works are delivered safely, to program, within budget, and to Landmark's high-quality standards.
This role is ideal for a foreman who understands the importance of façade performance, waterproofing, and interfaces, and who also takes pride in delivering high-quality internal finishes through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
Façade Works
• Supervise façade packages including cladding, glazing, brickwork, precast, balustrades, and waterproofing
• Coordinate façade subcontractors and manage sequencing with structure and access systems
• Ensure façade works comply with drawings, shop drawings, Australian Standards, and BCA requirements
• Monitor tolerances and critical interfaces to minimise defects and water ingress risks
• Manage façade inspections, defect identification, and close-out
Finishes Works
• Supervise all internal finishes trades including plasterboard, tiling, joinery, painting, flooring, and fit-out
• Coordinate multiple trades across apartments, corridors, and common areas
• Drive quality outcomes and manage defects through to handover
• Prepare areas for inspections, certifications, and occupation readiness
Site Leadership & Coordination
• Lead subcontractors with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity
• Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, crane boards, and material movements
• Conduct quality checks in accordance with Landmark's QMS
• Identify and escalate risks impacting program, quality, or cost.
About You
• Trade background (ideally Carpentry) or Diploma of Building & Construction
• Minimum 10 years' experience on high-rise residential apartment projects
• Proven experience supervising façade systems and internal finishes
• Strong knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and Australian Standards
• Excellent coordination and sequencing skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
• Confident communicator with strong leadership capability
• Comfortable using site systems, emails, and basic computer tools
• Proficient in reading and interpreting drawings and specifications.
