Legal Secretary Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced legal secretary to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to lawyers and other staff members;
* Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files;
* Prepare and process documents, including court pleadings and correspondence;
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements;
* Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and provide general customer service;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in secretarial studies or related field;
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a legal secretary in a law firm;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Strong organizational and time management skills;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook;
* Knowledge of Actionstep or other legal software is an advantage;
