Job description
We are looking for a warm and caring person to manage our front desk reception answering phones, managing appointment bookings, greeting patients, billing and general reception duties.
Previous experience as a medical receptionist would be ideal but we are willing to train the right candidate. We are looking for excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Meeting and greeting patients
* Attending to phone calls
* Scheduling patient consultations
* Administration of the front desk and patient clinics
* Ensuring medical records are managed confidentially and efficiently utilising electronic medical records
* Patient invoicing and receipting
* Established information technology skills
* Obtaining insurance approvals for surgery
* Book operating lists
* Arrange quotes for surgical procedures
You will be highly organised with an eye for detail and able tackle any task with strong follow through. You will be self-motivated and able to work within a team as well as autonomously.
