The Opportunity
Are you an experienced motor vehicle parts and accessories fitter looking for your next career step? We are offering a full-time position with a salary range of $65,000 – $80,000, depending on experience, across our Northern Territory dealership locations.

What the Role Requires:
· Proven experience as a vehicle parts and accessories fitter in an automotive workshop
· Ability to remove worn or damaged vehicle parts and accessories, prepare surfaces and manage electrical systems as required
· Competence in installing, adjusting and calibrating vehicle parts and accessories to manufacturer specifications using specialist tools and equipment
· Capacity to work efficiently, independently and with precision
· Strong teamwork skills with a commitment to shared goals
· Excellent attention to detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
· A desire to continually build your skills through training and hands-on experience
· A process-driven, proactive and "I can help you with that" attitude
· An owner's mindset—taking pride in your work, managing your time effectively and ensuring all customer and business deadlines are met
