The Job:
We are searching for a Marketing Coordinator: Brand, PR & Community Marketing who is excited to kick-start their marketing career in entertainment.
In this role, you'll support the Brand, PR, Social Media and Community Marketing Manager to grow and protect the HOYTS brand across Australia and New Zealand. You will help plan and execute brand campaigns, press announcements, media and influencer engagement, and local cinema marketing initiatives, from new site openings to major refurbishments and premium experience launches.
This role is hands-on and fast-paced, giving you the chance to learn quickly, contribute creative ideas, and see the real impact of your work in cinemas. You'll help create compelling content, support media activity, assist with community partnerships, and report on campaign results to constantly optimise performance.

Who we are looking for:
We're seeking a motivated and proactive team player who is curious, organised, and excited to grow. You'll thrive if you enjoy variety and can balance creativity with detail.
You will bring:
* Excellent written communication skills, with confidence in copywriting and reviewing marketing collateral
* A can-do attitude and ability to work collaboratively across teams, agencies and cinema managers
* Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
* A passion for entertainment, media, social platforms and emerging trends
Nice-to-haves (but not essential):
* Exposure to PR or media coordination (e.g., drafting releases or supporting press activity)
* Familiarity with social media content scheduling and analytics tools
* Ability to track and report on campaign performance and insights
