About the Role
You will be responsible for promoting and selling the full range of JCB machinery to both new and existing customers. This role involves building strong customer relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.
* Promote and sell the full range of JCB machinery and equipment
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
* Conduct machinery demonstrations and product presentations
* Prepare quotes, follow up leads, and close sales opportunities
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of JCB products, features, and competitive offerings
* Collaborate with service and parts departments to ensure customer satisfaction
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the dealership
About You
* Proven experience in equipment, machinery, or agricultural sales
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated and results-driven
* Knowledge of construction or heavy machinery
