To continue our success, we currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Supply Chain team as a Production Frontline Manager for the Weekend Day Shift. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for driving operational performance while promoting strong team engagement, clear communication and efficient day-to-day operations. You will lead a team of approximately 20 employees across both our Processing and Packaging sections within Production.

* Shift: Friday to Monday
* Shift Timings:
o Friday: 6am - Noon
o Saturday & Sunday: 6am - 6pm
o Monday: 6am - 2.30pm

Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and develop frontline teams to build a high‐performance, collaborative and accountable culture
* Provide visible, hands‐on leadership to proactively resolve issues and deliver AOP targets across safety, quality, cost, service, labour and environmental performance
* Work in conjunction with Quality and Warehouse Supervisors to ensure product quality, HACCP, and compliance with quality systems; ensuring all materials and equipment is available to meet production requirements
* Champion a strong safety and wellbeing culture, ensuring compliance, accurate reporting and disciplined operational execution
* Drive continuous improvement and team engagement through recognition, feedback and development planning
Qualifications
* 5+ years previous experience in a frontline production leadership role within FMCG or food manufacturing
* Proven ability to deliver results across safety, quality, cost and output, using continuous improvement and effective process control
* Strong people leadership capability, with experience coaching and engaging teams to build a positive, inclusive and high‐performance culture
* Confident communicator able to collaborate effectively with operations, engineering, quality and supply chain stakeholders
* Demonstrated success in driving employee engagement, team stability and retention in a shift‐based environment
* Strong planning, ownership and prioritisation skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast‐paced manufacturing setting
* Solid understanding of HACCP, GMP and ISO standards, labour management and cost drivers
