Project scope is diverse and has typically included apartment, industrial, & commercial projects valued between $2m - $10m.
Responsibilities
* Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
* Progress claim assistance and external variations
* Review, negotiate and finalise subcontracts
* Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
* Administer RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
* Administer the project HSE system
To be considered
To be considered for the position of Contract Administrator you will be required to have the following
* Strong and proven track record on commercial construction projects.
* Tertiary qualified in construction related degree
* Strong work ethic and want to be apart of a successful team
