Job Title: Manager Quality Control and Safety for Cyclotron Production
Cyclotron Facility, Royal Darwin Hospital requires an experienced professional to oversee the management of quality and safety procedures within the facility.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in chemistry, pharmacy or a relevant discipline, proven experience as a mid-level to senior level QC role within a GMP/TGA environment manufacturing radiopharmaceuticals on cyclotron and synthesis modules.
Demonstrated leadership and training of junior team members in the QC of radiopharmaceuticals is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the Quality Control of radiopharmaceuticals for release to the Position Emission Tomography (PET) service of the hospital.
* Maintain pre-existing Quality Management Systems and Quality Assurance programs.
* Foster a positive workplace culture through exemplary leadership and role modelling.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in chemistry, pharmacy or a relevant discipline.
* Proven experience as a mid-level to senior level QC role within a GMP/TGA environment manufacturing radiopharmaceuticals on cyclotron and synthesis modules.
* Leadership and training of junior team members in the QC of radiopharmaceuticals.
