We are currently prioritising applicants based in the Northern Gold Coast and surrounding areas.
Roles Available
* Personal Care Workers
* Domestic Assistance Workers (Cleaning)
Key Responsibilities
* Assist clients with personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication support
* Provide social support and transport to appointments, shopping, and community activities
* Deliver domestic assistance such as light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
* Support clients with mobility aids and personal equipment
* Assist with complex or high-needs care
* Monitor client wellbeing and report any changes
* Complete service notes and progress updates after each shift
About You
* Caring, compassionate, and respectful
* Robust communication and interpersonal skills
* Reliable, punctual, and skilled
* Able to build positive relationships with clients and families
* Confident using a smartphone or mobile app for rosters and care notes
Mandatory Requirements
* National Police Check (within 12 months)
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
* Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
* Smartphone with internet access
Preferred Qualifications
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support or Home & Community Care
