Position description
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Accounts Payable Officer to join a well-known, award-winning services organisation based in Homebush. You'll be part of a supportive, close-knit finance team where every team member is truly valued for their individual contribution.
This role focuses heavily on high-volume reconciliations, so previous experience in a similar fast-paced environment is essential.
This position is based in the Homebush office, with the flexibility to work from home one day per fortnight. Candidates must be available to start immediately or within one week's notice.
Responsibilities
* Process high-volume daily reconciliations
* Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors
* Create and maintain supplier records in the system
* Respond to supplier queries via email and phone
* Provide ad hoc support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the accounts payable function
Qualifications
* Proven experience in high-volume accounts payable and reconciliations
* Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another large ERP System.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Immediately available or able to commence within one week
* Confident, proactive, and able to hit the ground running
