Picture your Monday morning. You're not at a desk. You're walking into a garden centre in the Southern Highlands, a beautifully curated homewares store in Canberra, or an independent nursery on the NSW coast, and the buyer's face lights up when they see you coming. We've spent nearly 20 years building one of Australia's most distinctive outdoor lifestyle brands over 1,000 product lines that genuinely make people excited to spend time in their gardens. Now we're looking for someone to own our NSW & ACT territory: a savvy, people-first sales professional who gets a thrill from a warm conversation and a new account won.

This isn't a role where you hawk widgets from a cold call list. You'll take over an opportunity filled territory, grow it with strategy and instinct, and represent a brand that retailers are genuinely glad to stock. Four days a week, out on the road, with real autonomy and a team behind you that's actually fun to work with.

Since 2005 we've grown to over 1,000 product lines and more than 5,000 customers nationwide, ranging from independent nurseries and garden centres to giftware and homewares retailers.

The role

We're looking for a passionate, Canberra-based Company Representative to grow our brand across NSW and the ACT. You'll take over an established territory of valued customers, service them brilliantly, and use your sales skills to open doors with new retailers.

This role is about 70% on the road and 30% from your home office. Expect to spend most of your week walking shop floors with retail buyers, planning efficient territory runs, attending trade shows, and building genuine long-term relationships. You'll report to our Marketing and Partnerships Manager and work autonomously with the full support of the team behind you.

What you'll bring
* 4+ years' experience in face-to-face B2B or wholesale sales – ideally in garden, homewares, giftware or outdoor lifestyle

* A genuine love of the category – beautiful product, great retailers and the people behind them

* Excellent communication skills with a talent for building rapport in person

* Proven success in prospecting, account management and strategic territory growth

* An proactive, organised, self-motivated approach – you can run your territory like it's your own business

* Confidence with CRM software, Excel and reporting tools (we use Odoo and ScanXpress – we'll train you)

* A current Australian driver's license and willingness to travel regularly across NSW & ACT
