The Education Supervisor will lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in education and quality care. They will also foster strong relationships with the team, supporting them in their roles and ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver best practice clinical care education consistent with policy.
* Lead innovation and promote team spirit among the team.
* Foster strong relationships with the team, supporting them in their roles.
* Ensure seamless delivery of high-quality services.
Requirements:
* Current registration with AHPRA.
* Certificate IV Training and Assessment or equivalent.
* Minimum of 4 years post-graduate nursing experience.
* Experience in applying adult learning principles and competencies in teaching and program development.
* Highly developed relationship building, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
