The Role Toll People are seeking Casual Pick Packers to join our fast-paced warehouse team located in a variety of locations including as Kemps Creek and Prestons. You will be responsible for RF scanning, picking and packing retail apparel, homewares, and electronic products for distribution to retail stores. High attention to detail and the ability to meet KPI targets are essential. Key Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently pick and pack products Operate RF scanners Receive, process, and organise incoming stock Label and prepare orders for dispatch Maintain strict safety, hygiene, and quality standards Assist with inventory checks and stock movements Perform general warehouse cleaning and maintenance tasks Skills & Experience Previous warehousing or logistics experience (highly regarded) RF scanning experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Positive attitude and strong work ethic Physically fit; able to lift up to 15kg Able to follow procedures and work effectively in a team Willingness to complete a medical assessment and National Police Check Must have full working rights in Australia Benefits On-the-job training and ongoing support New, modern facilities with strong safety practices On site parking Friendly, supportive team environment About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
