About the role:
Are you passionate about supporting individuals through challenging times and helping them find hope and strength in recovery? AnglicareCQ is seeking a compassionate and proactive Support Facilitator to join our team and deliver life-changing support through The Way Back Support Service.
You will work closely with individuals who have experienced a suicidal crisis or attempt, offering timely, trauma-informed, and recovery orientated support.
What will a typical day look like?
* Collaborate with participants and their support networks to provide sustained, strengths-based care.
* Deliver timely, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented care aligned with Way Back Service principles.
* Advocate for and facilitate referrals to community-based services tailored to individual needs.
* Collaborate with the Clinical Lead to develop tools and processes that enhance service delivery.
Mandatory Requirements:
* Diploma level qualifications in a Mental Health related field.

Other Requirements:
* Full COVID-19 Vaccination
* Ability to obtain a Blue Card (working with children check positive notice or exemption)
* Ability to obtain a Yellow Card (disability services positive notice or exemption notice)
