Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR and Workplace Health and Safety Advisor located in the Margaret River region of WA. Your responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies and workplace safety regulations, managing employee benefits, and providing support in personnel management tasks. The role includes collaborating with key stakeholders to foster a safe and productive work environment while driving HR initiatives and ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Human Resources & Workplace Health & Safety.
* Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and managing Employee Benefits.
* Proficiency in HR management with a focus on employee relations and workforce development.
* Strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to dynamic challenges.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Certification or training in workplace health and safety is a plus.
* Experience with Australian WH&S and labour legislation essential.
* Australian work rights essential.
