What You’ll Do Manage and support projects from planning through to completion. Interpret architectural and engineering plans with precision. Coordinate council permits and ensure compliance with regulations. Assist with procurement, supplier sourcing, and tender preparation. Prepare variations, progress claims, and maintain accurate documentation. Conduct audits on job costs, safety compliance, and site standards. Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. What You’ll Bring Trade background or tertiary qualification in Building & Construction (or related discipline). Proven experience in project management within construction. Strong understanding of domestic insurance industry processes (advantageous). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Gantt Chart scheduling systems. Excellent organizational, time management, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict KPIs.
