As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy and expanding our market presence across the nation. You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Main Responsibilities:

* Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement national sales strategies that align with business goals. Identify opportunities for growth and devise plans to capitalize on market trends and customer needs.
* Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets and maintains a high level of engagement and productivity.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Understand their needs, address concerns, and deliver solutions that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
* Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies. Prepare and present reports on sales achievements, market trends, and forecasts to senior management.
* Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets. Develop and execute plans to penetrate new regions and sectors, enhancing the organization's market share and brand presence.
* Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement.
